Terms of Service

ArbScan is an information and tooling service. It shows price differences between exchanges, funding rates, wallet activity and estimated costs, and it lets you prepare transactions that you sign and send from your own wallet. ArbScan is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or money transmitter, and nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice.

We never hold your funds or keys. Every transaction, including subscription payments, is signed in your wallet and broadcast by you. We cannot reverse, cancel or recover a transaction once it is sent. You alone are responsible for your wallet, its seed phrase and the networks and contracts you interact with.

• Displayed opportunities are estimates built from live market data that can be stale, wrong or gone by the time you act.
• Executing a route can fail, revert or lose money, including gas paid for a reverted transaction and slippage beyond the estimate.
• Smart contracts, including the executor you deploy, can contain bugs. The contracts have not been externally audited.
• Third-party exchanges, networks, RPC providers and wallets are outside our control and can be unavailable or behave unexpectedly.

You use the service at your own risk and only with funds you can afford to lose.

• Plans (Basic, Pro and Whale) are paid only in the stablecoins and networks listed on the Plans page, by an ERC-20 transfer to the treasury address shown there.
• A plan is active for the period shown at the time of payment (30 days unless stated otherwise) and starts from the later of the payment and your current expiry. Plans do not renew automatically.
• Prices are set in US dollars and one unit of an accepted stablecoin counts as one dollar. Any amount sent above the price is treated as payment for the same period and is not refunded. Amounts below the price are not credited; contact support with the transaction hash.
• Transfers sent to the wrong address, on an unsupported network, in an unsupported token or from a wallet other than the one you signed in with cannot be recovered by us.
• Payments are final. Because plans are delivered immediately and paid on-chain, there is no right of withdrawal and we do not refund, except where the law requires it or the service was unavailable to you for a substantial part of the period, in which case we extend the plan.
• We may change prices and plan features for future periods. Changes never shorten a period you have already paid for.

Do not attack, overload, scrape at scale or reverse engineer the service, share the access of one account with others, or use the service where it is unlawful for you to do so. You are responsible for complying with the laws, sanctions and tax rules that apply to you. We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee it; see section 4 for what happens to paid plans during an outage.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, failed or reverted transactions, gas, slippage, third-party failures or any indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for plans in the twelve months before the claim.
